Grilled octopus, creamed beet, satéed kale with shallots, pickles and Greek yoghurt with roasted parsley
Mandarine sorbet, ginger and kafir
Mulard duck magret, boletus, roasted sweet corn, blueberry and chervil
In love with chocolate – Brigadeiro biscuit, milk chocolate and hazelnut mousse
